These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Leoin Packers and Movers Bangalore website and the relocation services we provide. By requesting a quote or booking a move with us, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide packing, loading, transport, unloading and unpacking for household, office and vehicle relocation across Bangalore and India. The scope of each job is confirmed in your quotation.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide and, where possible, a free survey. Final pricing is confirmed after the survey and may change if the actual volume, distance, access or services differ from what was quoted. We do not add hidden charges.
Bookings and payments
- A booking is confirmed once agreed by both parties
- Payment terms are shared at the time of booking
- Rescheduling or cancellation should be communicated as early as possible
Insurance and liability
Transit insurance is available and recommended for every move. Our liability is limited to the terms of the insurance cover selected. We are not responsible for items packed by the customer, perishable goods, cash, jewellery or documents unless expressly agreed.
Customer responsibilities
Please ensure safe access for our crew and vehicle, obtain any required society or building permissions, and declare fragile or high-value items in advance so they can be handled appropriately.
